Karen started her insurance career in 2013 in beautiful Sebastian, Florida, on the Treasure Coast. After moving to Polk County with Joshua, her husband, she managed their successful Allstate agency. However, their team quickly learned that they were very limited in their products and services. With the objective of broadening insurance products where clients can have the opportunity to shop with many carriers, Karen and Glenda went into partnership and opened their own independent agency, representing over 50 carriers for Auto, Home, Life, Small Businesses, Medicare, Motorcycle and Boat insurance.
Karen is committed to the principles of service, integrity, and professionalism while providing her valued clients the highest quality of service with the goal of consistently exceeding their expectations. Originally from South Africa, Karen and Joshua share the love of the arts with their sons Dustin (an Industrial Designer) and Seth (a Thespian).
Glenda has significant expertise in sales and customer relations, and her track record with our previous Allstate Insurance Agency has been stellar as a consistent top producer. She has founded and successfully directed her own businesses for 15 years and, with an additional solid 2 years of experience in the insurance world, she comes equipped with tremendous business integrity and acumen.
With a degree in Business and Fine Arts, and as an owner of three art galleries, she understands the concept of catering to the needs of her customers. There is an understanding that the customer wants to know about the products they are buying, so Glenda makes it a point to educate them on what and why they need specific insurances.
Coming from a "Captive" agency, Karen and Glenda found they were very limited in their products and services. They recognized the value of being Independent Agents, with an array of products to serve each client effectively. We serve all counties in Florida, including Polk, Hillsborough, Highlands, Pinellas, Osceola, Hardee, Manatee, Desoto, Orange, Brevard, and Indian River.
